"Most planets are inhabited on the inside, not the outside. I mean, get real! If you are taking a spaceship somewhere, do you sit on the outside of it? You people think you have to be on the outside of your planet. Most everybody knows that you have a more constant environment on the inside of a planet. And, if you end up in an asteroid storm, you survive. If a planet goes through say the rings of Saturn, that's pretty nasty! It would be like having a huge sand storm with golf ball or larger sand grains. Those kinds of things are real common. Planets go through that kind of environment all the time. Your planet has been in a very quiet environment for a long time. You are one of the few that live on the surface of your planet at this time."
