Ramtha on Three-Dimensional Experience

"You are a creature of three dimensions--spirit, soul, and ego--expressing on a plane of density. And only with three dimensions can you realize forever. Speak from the lord-god of your being. When you do, it is a lord, a god, a master who speaks. When you speak from the lord-god of your being and you tell yourself to remember, you will remember. When you tell yourself to be greater, you will become greater. And when you desire, from the lord-god of your being, to possess unlimited understanding, your mind will open up to allow greater frequencies of thought to be felt in your body for knowingness. That is all you have to do. That is commanding the pituatary to do so, and the ductless gland obeys. And when feelings come forth that electrify your being into a greater undertanding, give thanks to the God within you for it being so simple."

Ramtha on God and Unlimitedness

"I tell you, God is within you. It has been there in all of your lives. You are already God, for that is the divine, creative intelligence that sits within the cavity of your being--the essence that has loved you into experiencing limitation, and will love you back into unlimitedness once again."

Ramtha on Creating Your Day

"You know the moment you wake up, have you ever noticed, by the way, that you don't know who you are, and you wake up and you don't know who you are. Have you noticed how you look around the room to orient yourself, and what is really surprising is when you see the person next to you and for that split moment you don't know who they are? I think you should contemplate that a lot. We spend the next moments before you ever get out of bed reorienting, rebonding with an identity that for a moment we didn't even have, and the identity is that (thing) we start to form when we take a look at the person next to us. And then we get up and we start scratching our bodies...and then we get up and we go to the latrine and on the way we look at ourselves. Why do you do that? Why do you stare at yourself? Because you are trying to remember who you are. It is still a mystery."

"But if you have to remember who you are and remember the parameters of your acceptance and the fence of your doubt, if you have to go through the ritual every single day to remember who you are, what are the chances that your day is going to turn out unique?...Very slim indeed. But what if...before you tried to remember who you were that you remembered what you wanted to be, and maybe that came first before you saw your mate, before you clawed yourself, before you staggered out of bed, scared the cat and saw yourself in the mirror. Before you did all of that you remembered something: "Before I bond to the ritual of my neuronet, I am going to create a day that is astounding, that will add to my neuronet, that will add to the experience of my life," and you create your day--create your day. In that moment that you are not yet who you are is the most sublime moment in which in that moment you see the extraordinary, you can expect and accept the unordinary, you can accept a pay raise today. If you become yourself, your expectation of a pay raise greatly diminishes. You and I both know that. But in this one state of nonconclusiveness about your identity, you can create anyway."

"So I tell my students, before you get up and remember who you are, create your day. Then after you create your day, your routine will change. You will be a slightly diffeent person staring at the urinal, looking in the mirror. There will be something different about you and that will be a wonderful thing."

Ramtha on Thought

"So do our thoughts matter? Indeed they do. They are the constructs of reality. What is a thought? Well, a thought is a frozen moment of a stream of consciousness that the brain processes and puts into a package called a neuron and then is added to by associative memory. So then you have a thought and you say, "Does this thought have meaning and power?" It does, because a thought is actually a structure in which reality is patterned. It is the architecture of reality actually. So when you create your day, you are composing in it thought, and as you observe the thought, it becomes the form in which reality itself molds. So the adventures of the day are really based upon your thinking."

- Ramtha from What the Bleep Do We Know?

Ramtha on Reincarnation

"Life does not go in a circle, master, nor does it ever repeat itself. It always changes, and yet it evolves every moment to be constant. Life is all-encompassing and creates the next moment by virtue of its own being, its own isness. It is created in the moment by each entity according to his attitude. It is the attitude toward life that allows its cycles of change to seem circular.

"Reincarnation is indeed a truth. It is simply laying down one body--because the attitude permitted it to die--and taking up another one, either here or somewhere else upon the plane of matter.

"Why does anyone come back here? Because they want to. Do you think that you are made to come back here, that you are kicked from whatever plane you are on back into an embodiment, only to have to struggle through the birth canal and become completely dependent upon the egos around you?

"There was no edict that sent you here, master, for there is no one who can ever make you do anything against your will. You are the one who decided to return here. You are the one who desired to express again upon this plane. So if you are looking for someone to blame your miseries on, you will have to look yourself in the eye. You are wholly responsible for your own beauty, your own being, your own sorrowful or wonderful life--and it's about time that that's the way it is known!

"No one is ever forced to reincarnate upon this plane. But after living here for eons, man begins to think that this is all there is. And when he loses his body and is away from his emotional attachments and the toys that are here, he soon wants to hurry up to get back here, for he thinks that this is the only heaven there is. And so, for him it is.

"The only reason you are here is because you want to be--because you have a need within your being to fufill here. And the need is to express joy, or sorrow, or pity, or anger, or pain, or anything else you wish to experience on this plane of illusion--so that you may have as much of it as you want. Then when you become tired of it or bored with it, you can change your attitude and experience some other emotion. It is as simple as that.

"Can utopia live alongside pain and sorrow and hellish situations? Indeed it can. It is only an attitude away."

Ramtha on Limitations

"You are like a computer. Each day you compute into your knowledge 'doubts.' You compute into your knowledge 'lacking.' You compute into your knowledge, indeed, 'not knowing.' You are the robber of your own kingdom, for you, who know only doubt and limitation, have robbed the very life-force from yourself by how you think and speak."
