Elias on Having Fun
“I will say to you all, it has been said by another (that would be Ramtha), in words of your time now that you may understand, ‘If it is not fun, stop it!’"
"This would be including Elias’ sessions. If you are incorporating conflict do not incorporate Elias, for if I do not offer what you are considering to be positive or fun, then you should not be here. You should not be doing or participating in this, or in anything. If anything is creating conflict with you, or separating you from you, or creating unhappiness within you, then you should not incorporate that."
"Each individual’s truth is their own. It all, in essence, is the same, but each individual manifests this truth within their reality their own way. Each individual incorporates no conflict within their own way. Each individual connects with love and joy within their own way. What may be comfortable or non-conflicting for one may be creating of conflict for another."
"Your focus is to focus on you. It is not important what others view of you. It is not important what others’ opinion is of you. What is important is that you are true to you, and that you are happy with that. What brings you joy is what is truth."
"This also is the basis of connection of essence, for when you are connected and you are focused upon you, then you will not be incorporating judgments of others. You will not be focused upon other individuals, and viewing them, or their choices, or their situations with what you view is a right or wrong opinion."
"You will be accepting of another individual solely for the recognition that the other individual is experiencing their own truths, in whatever manner they need to be experiencing them in, at any given point.”

Seth on Imagination and Focus
"Your world and everything in it exists first in the imagination...You have been taught to focus all of your attention upon physical events, so that they carry the authenticity of reality for you. Thoughts, feelings, or beliefs appear to be secondary, subjective--or somehow not real--and they seem to rise in response to an already established field of physical data."
"You usually think, for example, that your feelings about a given event are primarily reactions to the event itself. It seldom occurs to you that the feelings themselves might be primary, and that the particular event was somehow a response to your emotions, rather than the other way around. The all-important matter of your focus is largely responsible for your interpretation of any event."

Abraham on Creating
"You are a Physical Extension of that which is Non-physical. All-That-Is, or God, is not finished and waiting for you to catch up. You are the leading edge of thought, here seeking more: more of all that feels good to you, more of that which is fresh and gloriously uplifting. (You are, in essence, bringing heaven to earth.) ...your purpose is joy."
"You are a creator; you create with your every thought. You often create by default, for you are getting what you are giving your attention to wanted or unwanted but you know by how it feels if what you are getting (creating) is what you are wanting or if it is not what you are wanting. (Where is your attention focused?)"
"Anything that you can imagine is yours to be or do or have. As you ask yourself why you want it, the essence of your desire is activated, and the Universe begins to bring it to you. The more intense your positive feelings, the faster it is coming to you. (It is as easy to create a castle as a button.)"
