"The only feeling you have here, quite truthfully, is joy, because from a feeling standpoint your universe was created out of joy. The only emotion you have here is guilt and its derivations. So all you're doing is you're working in a very simple society or very simple system of reality here. The only feeling there is, is joy, which means the only thing you can really feel is joy. Guilt is the unnatural or the resistance to the feeling, which causes an emotion. Emotions are created when you do not allow the feeling to complete itself—then you have emotion. Emotion is repressed feeling. Guilt comes from repressing who and what you are, which is joy. Anger, anxiety, everything else you can come up with is a form of guilt, and the only feeling that exists in this reality is joy from whatever intensities you can live. So you have two choices. See that's real easy. All of you say that life is so complex here. You either feel joy or you feel guilt. If you're not being yourself, you are in guilt."
