Philip on Love and Guilt

Philip: What you call love is more like longing. it's different thatn the love I'm talking about, and it's ususally not a a feeling of joy. On this planet, you have a mis-perception of love and what it's supposed to feel like. You have romantic ideals, fantasies, and a belief that love is always painful.

You see, there are different ways of running energy within the entity that you are. You get either a fullness of Love or the emptiness of longing. usually the latter. But it needn't be so. When you feel totally fulfilled and the love is real Love--honest Love, it's totally unconditional. It is a state of existence rather than an expression in just one direction or toward only one object. It's an excitement for life, a thrill, an enthusiasm. It's a form of "wanting to express" but with child-like beauty. The true god you are is a child-like, wise, entity. When you're truly in Love, you're full. You're so full that you're flooded with it and you want to just spill it out. It usually comes out as playfulness, gentleness, and curiosity. That's love manifested.

Remember that before this system of reality, a Source sourced. All it did was create so much Love and so much original thought that it was the Source. But it didn't organize itself. A Source makes the raw material or pure Love. it generates from a point, and makes something like a tunnel. That's all it does. But if at any point, it took a moment to actually define itself and organize what it's making, it would forget to make more raw material. it would then collapse and self-exterminate.

A Source can do nothing but create an abundance for others to take and organize. The next class of entity that comes along is what we call Creators. Creators cannot create Source. They cannot create the raw stuff. They are the organizers of the Love stuff. They take this raw Love, thought material that everything is made of, and decide what to do with it. They organize it into mass, principles, and realities. This is what creators do. Universally the two jobs are separate. You individuals in these bodies, however, are trying to learn to do both.

In order to organize the raw material (Love) of the universe, a creator must open itself up to funnel Love through itself. A creator must get out of the way by opening itself to become a huge void, an emptiness within. It allows the Love of the universe to flow through so organization can happen.

On this planet, just by virtue of the fract that you have a body, you're a creator. That's what your bodies do. They were designed to help you take the raw material, this abundant life force that's created by Source, and organize it into cells, molecular mass, and structure. You organize it every second of your lives. your bodies teach you to do it. But if you do not also learn to be a Source, you will never know Love in a physical body.

To source means to create so much raw material that there's an abundance. It's never a burden, never a pain, just pure intensities of joy. What you call love, is just moving back into your creator mode. You open up your being, move your own personality aside as if it didn't exist, and you make a grand opening in your being. In this process, if you are tied into guilt the least bit, (which everyone on this planet is) what you pull in is not the raw material of the universe, but recycled junk from everybody's attitudes. So you open up to a state you call love because you don't know what else to call it. But it isn't Love.

Universally speaking, when you were a creating god, pulling that source material through felt pretty good. It felt very grand. You opened up, pulled it through, and orgaized it on the other side. So here you are now, in a body, tyring to go back to the creator mode. You open your being, annihilate your persona, and open to a bottomless pit that can never be filled. I'm calling this longing.

What you really pull in is everyone's thoughts and attitudes. If you're tied to anything in consciousness, you pull that in. Your guilt ties you here in mass to every perspective, to all this stuff that has no life to it. It ties you to the Dead Zone. It ties you to your sub-personalities. It ties into eveyone's images. So you pull them in. As it moves through your embodiment, it soesn't register in your being as Love stuff or the raw material you're looking for. The result is a deep feeeling of longing, a sense of not being whole or complete. The only thing you end up with is an abundance of personal guilt and lack of self-worth.

You've all got to learn to be both things--Creator and Source. You already know how to do the creator part very well, but now you've got to learn to be the Source. The Source part is abundance. It is so abundant that it's the only place you're going to experience pure, true, one hundred pecent Love. It is not lack.

Your lives will run off one law or the other. The law of abundance is Source. The law of lack is the law of the creators who cannot make their own raw material. So for the most part. what you perceive as love here is opening up to take in raw material (the Love stuff) but getting someone else's burdens instead. You open up to what they're giving, but it's not registering because it's not the real thing. The body was created for you to learn how to create your own Love stuff. If you're not doing it, you'll have a tendencey to slip back into the creaotr mode, feeling empty.

When the Love stuff comes in, it's going to go one of two ways. In one way, you open your heart, but there's fear of pulling in all this junk from mass consciousness--everyone's guilts and images. This is the recycled material that the planet thrives on. In it is fear of being hurt, manipulated, and controlled. It's why you stay closed off to Love. It isn't necessarily that Love hurts, becaude real Love doesn't. It's the most abundant feeling you'll ever have. But you've never been taught to create your own, or to generate from deep within your being. The tendency is to go back to the creator mode. Remember, universally, Source and Creators are always kept separate. But this is a school for you to learn to be both and your bodies cna help you generate both. A portion of your journey here is to learn (again) what Love is.

So the other way for the Love stuff to go, is creating abundance. The neurons in your body were created to make abundance. Too often they create circuitry and dysfunction rather than love. Your entire nervous system was created to make this sparking--the firing of the neurons. You can use that neuron firing to actually generate abundance.

If you create an abundance of firing--more firing than you're used to--you'd call it joy. You'd call it excitement for life. you'd call it grand states of Love. It's everything that I would call feeling Love in the body.

When the body fires in the same old pattern, you don't get an abundance of it. But there are times in your life when you get a high for life, a thrill and enjoyment. Those are the times when there's more, and stronger neuron firing--and cellular firing, too--in your body. This comes from going within and getting those nucleus systems working for you so that you get a bigger charge. Then you fire at a higher, faster, more intense rate than the body can use. This is Source. Then each time they fire and the energy goes outward, you feel it leave your body through your cells, through your molecular mass. This is intesity in the body that you will covet once you feel it. When your neurons and your cellular mass are firing at such a beautiful strong pace, it passes out beyond the cellular skin. You feel your own neuron patterns firing outside the skin and it feels fantastic! You feel bubbly, as if you're in love! you feel an excitement for life with a thrill and a marvel!

If some of your ancestors--somewhere back there genetically--learned how to do this, it will be easier for you. If they didn't you'll have to be the pioneer. You'll have to let yourselves radiate without guilt. If you have guilt about being yourselves, then you tend to close down more of your body, mind, and brain system. Your neurons, then, have a harder time firing through the molecular and cellular mass to feel the abundacne called love. But you all can learn it. - Philip, from Love, Longing, and Games of Guilt

"Shyness is the individual's defense mechanism against the world. When an individual is very sensitive and feels very deeply within their being, shyness is a form of protection. So a shy individual is actually trying to protect themselves from their sensitivity.

"Some of your most sensitive people are also your shyest people, because they can pick up anything they are in proximity to, including a lot of the feelings from individuals around them. Since they pick up and feel what others around them are feeling, they become so sensitive within their being that they can't deal with it. Shyness is a form of pulling away from that. It is a form of retreating from other people's feelings and intensities.

"Once an individual starts channeling, they have a whole new set of psychological issues a lot of people don't realize which they must deal with. On one hand their ego is in a place of saying, "Well, this is a god I'm channeling. This is a grand experience," but on the the other hand it says, "I'm not worth this. I'm not worthy of this." the channeling experiences will push their worth issues much faster and worse than normal. Anything that you are even the least bit nit-picky about in your being, is blown up out of porportion and it says, "Well, I'm not good because of this. I'm not good because of that. I'm not good for this reason," and then the vehicle will have a tendency to go out in the world to try to find the external validation that says, "I'm okay."

"They are going through psychological shifts, hormonal shifts and everything else because of the channeling experience, which creates a place where they just want to know they are okay. For the most part, there is nothing wrong with that, but it is a matter that they have to be strong enough to find it in their own beings. If they could be strong enough to find it in their own beings, they won't go out into the external world to look for validation. This is the same rule of thumb for everybody on the planet, but for a vehicle in a channeling experience, it's a much stronger rule because everything is going to be amplified."

"Time orientation is a product of physicality and the brain. you won't find time in other realities. If you go to these other realities, you are going to have a rough 'time' trying to exist there! Your watch won't work in these other non-time realitites because there's no elief in time. Your watch won't help you.

"Unfortunately, the past does exist in your bodies. (In your DNA) The body is a composite and archive of your past. Until the body catches up with YOU, it will have all the cycles....The body cycles until you are totally in the present.

"Train the brain to get out of time orientation and back into the present moment. You can't just say the words. You have to realize the intent, own the true concept, not just mouth the words. You must feel intent emotionally.

"In this reality everything is a product of time. Time doesn't exist anywhere else. As long as you believe in time, you are going to come back here so you can do time. You create your reality from your belief systems.

"Your fatigue and tiredness is because you are carrying your past and concentrating on your future. Your power (energy) is smeared all over the place. Your brain says, "It's time to go to bed when it gets dark outside." That's not the body talking, it's brain chatter. It takes 28 days for the brain to catch on to anything! Emotions are time based, feelings are not. Feelings are abstract thought, and thought is totally independent of time. For example, fear is a product of time, as are all emotions.

"Most of your defensiveness in life results from (being) time oriented. You are defending yourself against your past and your future and you are not living in the present. Attitudes are time oriented. Vulnerability requires time. It is a space between your defensiveness and the real you.

"Your body will eventually catch up with YOU. It will take awhile because you have all spent your lives thus far believing in the past and the future, not very often living in the present.

"Healing is a time oriented process. If this is the only YOU that you have ever been, then your body was not created from an old you. That is, healing is a process of helping the NEW YOU get into a body that was created a year ago that you don't wish to inhabit because you don't like what was created. If the body is in the present moment with you, there is nothing to heal. Healing reflects the process of trying to get you oriented to time/space and the rule of time orientation. If you get the body in the moment and actually get into it solidly enough and you can feel that strength with it, the body automatically heals because anything that is actually wrong with the body is something a previous you created in thought when it was trying to create a future body for someone that was not living in it at the time. We spend the next moments before you ever get out of bed reorienting, rebonding with an identity that for a moment we didn't even have, and the identity is that (thing) we start to form when we take a look at the person next to us. But what if...before you tried to remember who you were that you remembered what you wanted to be, and maybe that came first before you saw your mate, before you clawed yourself, before you staggered out of bed, scared the cat and saw yourself in the mirror. Before you did all of that you remembered something: "Before I bond to the ritual of my neuronet, I am going to create a day that is astounding, that will add to my neuronet, that will add to the experience of my life," and you create your day--create your day. In that moment that you are not yet who you are is the most sublime moment in which in that moment you see the extraordinary, you can expect and accept the unordinary, you can accept a pay raise today. If you become yourself, your expectation of a pay raise greatly diminishes. You and I both know that. But in this one state of nonconclusiveness about your identity, you can create anyway.

So I tell my students, before you get up and remember who you are, create your day. Then after you create your day, your routine will change. You will be a slightly diffeent person staring at the urinal, looking in the mirror. There will be something different about you and that will be a wonderful thing." The only way to do this was to take portions of itself and put them into a vehicle or a containment device to allow them to learn to love themselves. But if that one god went into multiple faces and multiple bodies, it didn't want to be trapped without the whole body of knowledge it had ever had. The tunnel, white light and exhilaration that one experiences come from the person's own nervous system as they are freeing themselves from the body.

The white light does not strip one's memory, the individual guilt does!

The life review and judgment you also hear about are occurring with the individual's own death creation. If an individual has not made piece with their life before they go the first thing that happens upon realizing they have left the embodiment is a forlorning for the life and what was the body. The person will look very dispassionately at the body if they had issues with it. If the person loved their body and their life, they will be filled with appreciation not regret.

If a person finds they are filled with regret they begin a mini panic attack searching through their memories of what they heard they would find after death. The individual needn't even have followed a religious indoctrination and they will grasp for what they have heard others speak of. This happens because the individual finds themselves in a place not so unlike their own life. They are able to see the living, but do not know how the interact with it. This leads them to concern about where they ended up! So, maybe they didn't do something right! They will then without realizing it, usually after the funeral, create within their new environment fixtures of heaven, salvation, redemption, and whatever else may come to mind. This is the individual coming to terms or piece with their lifetime. This review is not participated in by any others. The recently deceased does it entirely on their own. Others may observe at a distance.

In this creation they will invent from their own mind some form of savior to assist them into a greater, more heavenly life. This individual will be created according to the individuals belief systems in life. Once some variety of savior enters the scene they begin searching their memories for every place that still holds guilt, shame, pain, embarrassment, loss, etc. They will present their disgrace to the one they created to save them from themselves. In presenting "what they did wrong" to their version of deity, that memory and moment that was "wrong" will be erased permanently. Since the person is creating the deity from their mind concepts, if the deity portion does not erase it, the individual will not find relief.

If relief does not occur the individual will then seek out individuals that have become stuck in seeing himself or herself as deity, and will give the guilt or wronged piece of themselves to the external deity. In either case that portion of the individual along with that part of their live is now erased and no longer exists. If one gives away everything they felt guilt for, one could end up pretty full of wholes and gaps. If too much has been given up, the individual will generally incarnate again as an aspect of the individual they were. The game starts all over.

The whole concept one wants to firmly embrace while still in a body, is that whatever they find will be a creation of their mind! If you don’t like it, you will erase it, unless it is horrible enough to punish you, in which case you will generally keep it. The trick to circumventing this is to come to terms with everything you have been or done. Maybe you won’t get to a point of loving yourself or it, but you no longer condemn yourself for it.

A person that is deceased and feels no need to destroy or erase anything they have been or done, will finally get the answer to why! They will see and know! When one is in regret, one refuses to hold the answer!

The after life, much like the now life, is what you make of it! If it’s hell now, it will probably be so then! After all, you don’t change, only your cocoon is left behind! Seratonin can be increased from external to the body because, since it is a neurotransmitter, it doesn't have to be contained within the body. Elias on Perception

Reality is created in this physical dimension through the projection of perception. Each individual incorporates their own unique perception. In this, you DO interact with other individuals, but what you are interacting with is an energy expression which is projected FROM other individuals to you. And in that projection, you receive the energy expression and thusly you filter that expression of energy through your beliefs and you generate a projection of your perception, which creates the actual physical manifestation of the other individual.

Now; as I have stated previously, for the most part individuals receive energy from other individuals and configure it quite accurately in association with what the other individual is projecting. At times you create quite differently; an individual may be projecting energy to you and dependent upon your direction in the moment and your attention and your beliefs, you may be reconfiguring that energy and creating a different expression or physical experience than the other individual may be. In this, I may express to you quite literally, you do create EVERY aspect of your reality.

Now; what is significant is that you allow yourself to become familiar with yourself intimately and therefore also recognize your beliefs, your preferences and what you want specifically. The challenge in this is the specifics, for individuals are not familiar with themselves intimately and therefore generate an identification of what they want in generalities, which limits what you allow yourself to actually generate in what you create for it limits your choices, for you are not offering yourself clear information concerning what you precisely want to be generating. -Elias, from Session #1228

"There is no reason to go anywhere else. You will have to learn how to let go of that gargantuan external body to go into its components. You will feel heightened when you go, you will feel enriched because you are fulfilling your dream. That dream is to feel fantastic WITHIN a human body, the embracement vehicle for the human experience.

"Every step that you journey out or experience, you will be enhancing your body by unlocking one more door. Everything in your body starts with a default setting or default mode. The atoms function, the lungs breathe, the blood recharges, etc., by a pre-programmed default program. The cells are either running default mode, dead (crash mode) or running life mode. It is so fantastically different that out of all the trillions of cells you've got, you would never run out of that playground; you wouldn't have enough 'time' to visit them all!

"Your journeys are within; all that has ever been resides within your body. Your body is the ultimate archive ever created. There is no need to go somewhere else. There is no reality that exists outside of your body for you at this time (unless you wish to lay down the body). Every reality that exists that would appear to be outside your body is a microcosm within your body because the body IS the archive for everything.

"You can go to the library, check out a physiology book, and study it, but that is not the human body. It is just a book about the body. Your real body is an archive like that book, but much more than that book. Everything that has ever been, the possibilities of what could have been, was or might be resides in your body! Yes, there are other realities and you can get out of the body, put the body in a grave, and then you can go play with those realities! "Punishments are artificially created outcomes, not naturally occuring results. The attempt to convert a punishment into a consequence by simply calling it that does not make it that. Only the most immature being can be fooled by such a verbal contrivance, and, even that being, not for very long.

This has not stopped many of those among you who have parented offspring to use the contrivance. And the biggest punishment that you have devised is the withholding of your love. You have shown your offspring that if they behave in a certain way, you will withhold your love. It is by the granting and the withholding of your love that you have sought to regulate and modify, to control and to create, your children's behaviours.

This is something that God would never do.

Yet you have told your children that I do it, too--no doubt to justify your own actions. But I tell you this: true love never withdraws itself. And that is what loving fully means. It means your love is full enough to hold the biggest wrong behaviour. It means more than that. It means that no behavior is even called "wrong."
